Aluminum veneer is a uorocarbon coating topcoat and varnish of polyvinylidene uoride resin (KANAR 500). It has excellent corro- sion resistance and weather resistance, acid rain, salt spray and various air pollutants, excellent cold and heat resistance, strong ultra- violet radiation, long-term color-proof, pulverization-proof and long service life. The substrate is made of high-quality high-strength aluminum alloy plate, and its thickness is 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 4.0 mm and other speci cations. Its structure is mainly composed of panel, stiffener, corner code and other components, and the maximum size can reach 4000mm × 1500mm × 2000mm (L × W × H). The color matching process of paint is strictly controlled by computer. The coating has uniform color, small color difference, good color saturation, strong adhesion, wear resistance and stable quality, which ensures that the metal plate obtains ideal coating perfor- mance.
